So, i'm just not going to play until this problem gets fixed, I don't want to get banned for no reason.
Mine's weird.
It downloads everything without the Rust words in the background,
and it flashes for a second that this connection has been banned, then goes on black.

My connection is banned , I got this message after I was changing the shadow quality in the options ,then the engine crashed with the error "chad keeps" , since then I keep getting the same message that my connection is banned.
I do not cheat and would never do so.I was in the middle of recording a rust series for youtube when this happened.
Would really appreciate to have my connection unbanned asap.

i think its a bug og glitch, maybe someone has hack your account then doing speed hack something kind of hack on it and then, they got caugthing, and then u will get ban i only think so but, i hope u will fix it bro!

If I'm correct, trolls look for an easy target and want to anger that said person and get them to give them what they want.
In this case, you to get all defensive and yell back. In the longer run does nothing but make this thread filled with 10 replies of just pointless text.
Back on topic - There is a problem with people getting banned in rust that have done nothing wrong.Its obvious that this error "chad keeps" needs investigating , because that is the error the majority of people on this thread got just before having their connection banned.
Now I have submitted a bug report [url]https://github.com/Facepunch/rust-issues/issues/251[/url] , tweeted garry and playrust,also emailed garry , posted in this thread with absolutely no response from anyone in authority or knowledge of this situation.
I was really happy to be given a key to test and play rust , I even made a video promoting this game and promoted it on reddit / twitter / twitch.. but getting banned when I am 100% innocent of any wrongdoing with no response to my pleas has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth about this game.
