Is this resolved? my account got facepunch_connect_vac_banned
i know you've heard it before... I do not hack, never will will and do not ever condone that behavior. I played the game for about 3hrs off and on... launch game and try to connect to a server and the message above gets pumped out to console.
My steam account is over 10 years old and I have only used one alias ever.
People in the community know me as GETCH. I do not hack.

This was posted before the game was even on Steam. You shouldn't have hacked.

Nice bump you stupid jackass. Also you did cheat, a VAC ban is no accident, it means you fucked about with things that should not have been fucked about with. If you REALLY think this was some freak accident, post your steam profile

Is there documentation on the actual message? I am curious why it has Facepunch_connect before the VAC_Banned portion. I would think if it is just VAC, only valve/vac would be in the message.
On a fact finding mission as well as seeking others that have had this same issue.

cause it's facepunch checking your vac status???
vac tripped you, but it's up to the game to actually recognize it
