If you feel you have been unfairly banned, appeal it to Steam. They will do their investigation and determine whether or not the ban is just. That is your best bet. Otherwise, you can post to Facepunch and play Roshambo with the other users.

Even I use Cheat Engine for flash games when I want to see a certain end result or freeze a value in a program to test something.
I'm not trying to defend anyone, but Cheat Engine is a nifty tool for many different applications.

Err... I don't follow. There are maps you can look at online, yes? no problem there - but you are saying you 'installed' a 'map thing'. Now you seem to be saying it's just like looking at a map online, if that is the case, why don't you just look at a map online ?
I got to be honest here it's not looking good for you. you have cheat engine installed but you 'promise' you never used it in Rust. You have a 'Map thing' installed but you say it is just like looking at a picture map online. You have a brother who plays on your computer, but he would 'never' cheat because he's a good brother...
Besides you should have realised by now, that I was being completely honest in my first post when I said no one here can help you with your Valve Anti Cheat ban. False positives are extremely unlikely due to the way it is designed. If there was a false positive in your case there would be a discernible reason for it, and it would have happened to others for the same reason. It would become known very quickly.
All in all pretty much everyone here is going to assume you, or your brother, or your pet hamster did in fact use a cheat of some sort in Rust. If that is true, then your VAC ban will never be lifted and if you want to continue to play Rust your only option is to buy the game again on a new Steam account.
If it really isn't true then you need to contact Valve through Steam support and explain to them exactly what caused your false positive before they'll even bother to read it.
