A group of Korean players (3-5) on UK2, names impossible to write down. They most likely dwell between Civ Two and Forest, and they roam between Civilian Coast and Big Civilian. Wallhacking for sure as one of them saw me from about 100m, when I had basically no clothes on (boots only iirc) and wrote in allchat 'Ananda! want to get me?' and started shooting from pretty far. At night. I ran off into Civ Coast and lost him for 3 minutes but he found me again, of course approached from the back, with typical asian smug sh*ttalk (each culture has their own pooptalk :D) and got me after unloading. One of them said he's playing from NJ. Previously they've headshotted me with a bolt rifle while i was breaking doors to a shelter, completely surrounded by trees and leaves. There was no way to see me without a wallhack. I'll get back with the names if I can. Are there admins and manual bans on official servers?

i play on a community server, and have been for weeks. So far no reports of hackers on our server. I'm not necessarily saying this to prove they aren't out there; but for those ready to give up because they think hackers are everywhere, perhaps finding a less likely hacker-target might help avoid them until the exploits the hackers use are ironed out.

Anyone have any advice about what they do to enjoy the game against hackers? I'm really struggling. I tried putting boxes away from outside walls on a higher level of my base and they just walk through my walls. I tried hiding a base behind a mountain away from everyone and everything and they just use their super box finding x-ray vision to come to my base. I tried not building a base and only moving at night with no torch and using rocks/trees for cover and i get headshot in the dark through rock from 150 meters. I tried playing on a server with an admin but i don't see the people who are walking through my walls or duping c4.

There's a hacker/exploiter on the Belgium server called "Messiah" I walked outside of my house and he killed me with an m4, I respawned and heard him running away so I went outside to grab what ever he left in my bag. When I came back inside and opened some of my chests I realized that he took a lot of valuable items from them. The reason I think he is a hacker and not just abusing some weird bug that allows you to loot through walls (I've heard it's a thing but I was not able to actually do it myself no matter what angle and distance I was away from my wall) is because one of the chests that he took things from was not next to a wall that connected with the outside. I'm just going to write this in advance because I know facepunch is a really toxic forum. I know that I have no real evidence to support my claim nor do I have this hacker's steam id, I mainly made this post to blow off steam. If my post will somehow help ban that asshole that would be a great bonus but I'm not expecting it.

I spoke with a guy in the game who confirmed that he had it.

Well I had a nice steel house made and someone used at least 29 c4 to blow it up if none of the charges failed. I noticed the other night also (before the big caper) some stuff missing from a storage chest that was near a wall but not showing through the wall after playing around a bit with camera angles and such from the outside of my house I found out you can loot through walls. The 2nd day I played someone walked though a wall and killed me but Thats been over 2 weeks ago and hasnt happened again. (also is that the desyncing problem? or something else) So yea now im looking for a C4 Disabled server to play as that seems to be the biggest nastiest exploit iv faced. I dont think iv experienced auto aim yet. Im on the fence about the game sure its alpha and that stuff might possibly get fixed but it just sounds like they are gonna let VAC do the work and be done with it. So it will still be a recurring problem.

They are also able to walk through walls or open doors that don't belong to them so anything you have can be taken at any time. According to a post vac bans can take up to 3 months. So someone could create a new steam id, buy the game for 20 bucks, and start hacking again. So there is a 6 dollar a month charge to hack. Crap I might start hacking just so I can be equal to the hackers. He then started killing random people around the area, and started giving certain people (friends... random people etc) guns, and unlimited resources which were used to surrounds the building with spiked defenses, and a tower from which to shoot down over the fence. From what I can tell he appears to have unlimited resources at his disposal, and an aim bot. I don't necessarily doubt anything you're saying, but nothing you've listed concretely establishes this person as a hacker. 8-9 minutes is more than enough time to erect a new building, for example, if you've already pre-crafted the building materials and are simply placing them. Also, with that many people working together, resources can be gathered very quickly. Or, possibly, they could have come from a different place on the map where they had already harvested resources. So, for the sake of clarity, what makes you think he has unlimited resources, rather than simply having an abundance of them harvested? Also, why do you suspect he has aimbot? This being that every time I even came into the area (it was across from where my camp was) it was simply 1-2 shots heard and dead (screen indicates shot to the head) . By this point I just started making a dash for the building naked collecting screenshots and information (and dying a short time earlier... more shots to the head). As far as for an abundance of minerals/resources? I kind of doubt that had been the case since I'd been playing for a number of hours earlier this day (maybe more than I care to admit?) and not once had I seen this person on the player list. Then within an hour this individual and the first large building came to exist out of no-where with metal doors, and a fully done structure to boot. (not talking a small structure.... maybe two floors of walking space, spanning about ~ 4 doors in every direction? ) followed by it's being multiple stories up. This followed by another building, and then another building... and then another. Followed by 8 or so gates. (Which takes 400 wood or so apiece?) Which really does boggle the mind since the whole time that I saw them (my little shack was up a hill and right across the road from them and these people NEVER ONCE were far from the building, and unless even the woodpiles started spawning fast and furious I cannot understand how this all came into being in the period of time that it did. *edit* Well it looks like it's gotten worse from there. The area that sprung up in a couple of buildings, has overnight come to encompass that entire are with surrounding walls and the structures within.

I'm just curious, are there hacks to help people locate other people or their houses? My friend and i have restarted multiple times and new servers, usually low pop. The most recent had 20 people on it. We spawned way out in the middle of no where we ran even farther out we tucked away to huts in the rocks near the water and our first night both metal doors get blown off and all our stuff jacked. We've restarted now multiple times and no matter what we do our house gets raided the first night. I'm just wondering if there is a hack to locate people/houses even if the player is offline? Or are we just having really bad luck? The first time this happend we built an elaborate house that wasn't very well hidden with tons of doors and of course first night it gets blown through. Everyone called us dumb for making a semi big house regardless of everyone saying its a "friendly neighborhood" and told us to make small huts hidden far away. We played for like 5-6 hours never saw another player in the area while we gathered and made our huts and then we go to bed and all our stuff is gone within 8 hours. Seems like in a server with only 20-40 people on it we should be able to find a spot on the map where we could be safe for at least one night.

I wouldn't be asking around for hacks, even for small things like finding friends. Your best bet is to suicide until you both see a similar landmark, or just find the road, it goes in a loop so if someone stops and the other runs on the road you'll hit eachother eventually. Also, (unrelated to the thread) in reply to your private message, Dreldan, I am the admin of that server... However if you're going to PM ppl on this forum you should make it so ppl can actually PM you back. ;)

I learn where the rad areas are and from there all I have to do is find the road and I know where I am and know which way I need to go to get to where I want to be. I use landmarks from the road like rad town (with the rectangle concrete walls surrounding buildings that the road goes through the middle) big civillian (a rad area with a huge smokestack), civ desert (with sideways big fuel tanks with zombies on the side of the road), civ hangar (an area a little ways off the road with a big empty hangar). I know the map pretty well my friend and i find each other a lot quicker now. I've also been using the map on the wiki. bottom line is i am skeptical that people carrying C4 on your low pop server just happened to find my hut considering where it was hidden im just VERY VERY Skeptical that it was found legitly. So im asking is there such a hack that people could be using to find houses or people when they are "sleeping" If there is no such hack then i just have had some really really shitty luck and i will keep trying.
