One (of four) of my bases on US EC3 (Large) was emptied of 99% of the content and all boxes, furnaces/benches were destroyed, and all metal doors were intact (about 15, codes still active, not unlocked) One room was untouched, and it had some decent supplies in it, so there's no reason to leave it. It wasn't a C4 attack since it would have been outrageously expensive to enter all the rooms they did, on multiple floors... How does the "alt-tab" sleeping bag glitch actually work? It seems that you can only be alt-tabbed out for about a minute before it kicks you off the server, so how can that be enough time to accomplish anything? There's talk of a "clipping" hack, but why then would there not be rampant clipping, emptying every base on a server? If it was that easy, then my other base that is about 100 yards away -with C4 in it- would have also been emptied. The other puzzling part is why do they take the effort to destroy every box & furnace and repair bench, seems like a waste of time, and pointlessly risky exposure... It seems to be very sporadic, it has only happened to me once before in the last month or so on a small remote base, and I shrugged it off as an annoyance. Very odd...

Very odd...[/QUOTE] Essentially when you alt tab out and someone opens and closes a door while you are alt tabbed out, the door will be "Stuck" open, when you walk to the door, you can shoot through it, and place sleeping bags through said door. The glitch is fixed when someone open and closes the door while you are tabbed in. The other glitch is very buggy, but your allowed to, after fudging the files client side, remove walls, and place a sleeping bag through the wall you removed. Ways to prevent this is an outer layer of doors surrounding the outside of your base, as it only works with walls, to the best of my knowledge. The bad part, is when they combine the above. But there is an element of risk, as the method does involve alot of suiciding, so typically can't be done with people on. Generally loot gotten this way will have a line of boxes stuck through walls leading to the outside.

It seems that the alt-tab thing has a very limited usefulness in that respect, unless you're really lucky and have a way to hide until the person goes away for a long time. The transparent wall thing sounds more likely, but there were no boxes in walls or anything. Maybe it was just a destruction effort to drive me away...

OK, here's the process: On US EC3 "Double Female" warped into my building tonight. I heard him walk near near the building and, then the "thump" of logout, not suicide, twice, and then he was standing in front of one of my inner doors. (he had weapons, so it can't be suicide, and the process was very fast, maybe 30 seconds or so...) The weird part is that I accidentally opened the door in his face and quickly closed it and he was [B]unable [/B]to shoot through it (lots of shotgun blasts, no damage while standing behind it), but after a bit he was able to shoot AROUND it (the doorframe was transparent to the gun). I think the opening & closing of the door threw him off since he didn't expect it to happen. So, he was using a combination of the door glitch [B]and [/B]texture swapping. Nearly impossible to combat this issue.

On US east coast 3 (large) there are tons of hackers. Usually about 2 or 3 on at a time. They go around and aimbot kill people from outside their base or wherever they are (even shooting through walls), killing them, then killing them again after they spawn in a second time. They also use speed and flying hacks. Some hackers take all your stuff by teleporting into your base.It's very annoying and its gotton to the point where a hacker kills you about every 5 minutes. Ive lost everything many times. The game is almost unplayable with so many hackers on. Wolf is the one who hacks the most on the server. It takes days for him to get banned and during that time, he is online hacking and killing ppl pretty much all day. And when he get's banned he buys the game on a new account, changes his display name back to wold, and starts hacking more. Plz update your server security, its getting really annoying. And ban wolf's ip.

This dude is hacking, on UK 2, he was running around very fast (probably speed hacks) and killing people with full health with 2-3 hits with his bow. Furthermore his shots were very fast and every one of them hit, while he was sprinting and while I was sprinting. He did this twice to me and many times to other people on the server. I hope this is the correct area to post this. US Central 1 [RLM]Max is hacking using speed, flying, and autoaim bot's I don't have any screen shoots or know what your ask for proof but he is not the only hacker on the server I see people flying almost every day. I been waiting for him to get auto banned but its been 3-4 days now that i have been playing and he is still on the server he seams to be well known on the server so i suspect he has been around a lot longer than i have been playing the server. I am hoping there is something that can be done to clean up some of the hackers off this server I really do not want to change servers just because of hackers.
