At one point you will get raided and/or killed by Bandits. This is probably why security features (such as traps) will be implemented, and explosive charges (C4) will likely be nerfed.

All my team have got rust, except one, who can't play with us... I've got a friend who has been dying to play the game ever since I bought it, but since that time the keys are mostly sold out on prices too high for him... ;c Now he is shitting all over me every day trying to play the game on my account :suicide:

It's not a very friendly community to find others to play with either (at least in game) so unless you know someone IRL to play with you're still better off with the horrible solo game. Sometimes I think they should actually do the opposite with C4 though. Make it more accessible to the noobs so that even a lone wolf could have a chance at raiding someone's oversized clan house while they're offline. At the very least I wish I didn't have to go after a care package just to learn how to craft a component to the C4. Because of that requirement I've yet to craft even a single C4 which is annoying considering there are times I might want to blow a hole in one of my own walls.

I deserve to win because I have no money and my little brother wants to play. and my mom does not have paypal. so I would like to give a key to it as soon as it is birthday. :) Happy to see people handing out keys of the game.

But building a defense is an integral part of the game, so having an influx of C4 would defeat the purpose of having a base. My suggestion for C4 requires increased rarity for C4 and higher crafting costs, larger amount of C4 to destroy structures, chance of the C4 to not explode (or instantly explode to damage the raider), and unstackable C4.

Well I probably don't deserve a Rust key as much as some other people on here but ill share with you my wonderful journey/story. lol. Anyways ever since the initial release of Rust I noticed some awesome YouTubers playing it (really how I even found out about it) and that inspired me to have a look at the game. Once figuring it out and watching tons a videos on it, I went to try and snag myself a key. Unfortunately for me that was a week or so after they stopped giving out keys. Recently when the whole "auction" thing came along I have tried to get a key off there, most of the time though I find keys going for $50 which quite frankly I don't have. Hopefully when the game gets released on Steam regardless if I win or not I will hopefully be-able to get a key. Thanks for your time and good luck to the other people :)

With C4 being the only way you can remodel, it's rather unfriendly to new players that they have to get one of the most sought after things in the game just to be able to make it. I've considered the possibility of adding attached community housing to my little house for those I find friendly enough to trust with my house location but i'd need the ability to blow holes through some walls/doors to make it practical for me to do so without restricting what I can do for defensive purposes before I meet these people. Sadly, my experience so far has told me that people that friendly/trustworthy are so rare that it will probably never matter that I can't learn to make C4...

I'd really like to get another key on my hands to hand it out to a friend, even though I got a key already, it's very hard to survive by myself, and my friend well, he sure would enjoy the game so will I , anything done as a team will always come handy with better results, and it's very nice to see someone supporting people that can't afford or can't get a key! Did anyone see any keys, or did it come online with none available? EDIT: Never mind for 2.77 a key at the time, were they keys went is self explanitory.

I would like a key, because I would find it more fun to play with my friends that I know personally than some stranger online.

I'd like it so I don't have to sell off parts of my media computer to buy games (more importantly Rust). Don't make me sell meh Netflix machine. For the love of all that was ever good in TV (and a fuckton of crap) dun make me do it. :suicide: (I'm already doing it lol)
