I love that neckbeards are now comparing "getting banned from Rust for cheating" to "the death penalty".
And this is a forum.
You know? A place to discuss things on.
Yeah and I'm discussing about how ridiculous it is to compare an anti cheat to government imposed laws and legal system.

Stopped reading your invalid comment at neckbeard.
Into the trash your comment goes.

What's so ridiculous about it? I can't make equations that sound logical?

He has to say an insult to belittle you before making his statement in order to have any sustenance.

You've got that right.

Belittling has nothing to do with it. Comparing being banned from Rust to dying is pretty funny (and frankly sad). It's also a really good indicator that maybe it's time to put the game away and go outside.
Signed, someone who got banned by Evenbalance TWICE in error.
And what caused these false bans?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PunkBuster#False_Positives
"Violation #89265" was caused by a non-cheat program being flagged as a cheat. The system didn't actually fail here. It was given false information from the programmers.
The other was an exploit by people intentionally attempting to exploit a security hole.
Again, the system didn't fail. It detected what it was supposed to detect.
When an anti-cheat has false positives, it will not be limited to a single person. Because of the nature of computers, you would expect to see much higher numbers of people complaining of a false ban.

That's Battlefield 4.
My false bans were on Battlefield 2 and Bad company 2.
Since BF2 PB had at least 30 false banwaves. Multiple banwaves were caused by cheaters exploiting PB.

Click a game and read the amount of false banwaves or read this

This is where my distrust for anti cheats come from.
You can even read the main EACs guys thesis about PB failing.

Twice i've been left in the cold while marking you as a cheater.
