I've been getting crashes for the last few versions too, hope this is fixed soon :3
Remove -batchmode from your run.bat this will mean you have a rust window open but the server will run. A good work around till they sort it out.
Hi all - has anyone got the user data saving yet - just had a reboot on my dedi and a lot of angry players :/ tried using "-datadir userdata" with no success

Hello, cant run my client normaly after update.Logs, crash report: http://www.ex.ua/365067998551
For crashreports, I recommend http://pastebin.com/
so looks like all the server updated to the newer build over last 18~ hours and none of them are running, because of the -batchmode crash. starting to think FacePunch could do with a second Bug section for those that are actively using the newest builds and NOT the default files, so they can catch these before they go public, this problem has been since build 1413 just after jenkins got clogged-up by (will mention NO names lol).
Remove -batchmode from your run.bat this will mean you have a rust window open but the server will run. I've noticed the server list has been reduced quite bit because of this bug. The rust dedicated server already chews up quite a bit of resources when using batchmode. Without it'll chew even more. Not to mention this impacts game host provides as well where they can't run without batchmode with their setup..
If you aren't already using it, -load goes in the command line.
Thanks already had that was an automation issue - didnt set my Working Directory within Restart on Crash (App i use on the dedi to restart our gameservers if hung - tried running as service but app i use for that has seemed to cause issues
so Garry is now on mending this -batchmode crash so looks like it's gonna be fixed pretty soon. http://support.facepunchstudios.com/feedback/view/1092-server-build-1414-crashing

Was annoyed also that I had to verify my account on a server computer just to find out it only works as anonymous. I just hope it doesn't limit how many computers I can verify my account on.

Also I have a quick question now that I have had a server up and running for a few days. How do I get my server to appear on the community or modded tabs of the rust client? Me and my roommate have been connecting locally and have opened the 28015 port on the firewall. Is there more we need to do? I read somewhere something confusing about port forwarding 28016 but I didn't understand what the author was trying to explain. Any Ideas?
