Sorry, thought I put it in but I didn't.
I have two in my device manager
AMD HD Radeon 7970M
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
In dxdiag it shows that I'm using Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000.

Yeah, you will play fine, but make sure to force rust to use Radeon, since Intel HD Graphics will not come anywhere near enough for playing rust.
Wondering how rust would run on my alienware m14x R2. It has a 650m gpu. Anyone? Anyways I will try it tonight anyways

Not sure if you are asking if you can run or not, but yes you can, probably medium-high to high.

I use FRAPS, lol. Not sure what else you could use, that works fine for me.

1. What graphics setting were you playing on?
2. I am sorry, but what a waste :v: Why get an APU if you have a Dedicated card?
Its a very old high end graphics card, and I got the APU so if my old gpu takes a shit, i can still play games until i get a newer card.

Huh, well can't argue with that, you got me with solid logic on that one :v: what graphics setting do you play on though?
I run about 80-110 FPS average maxed out. Specs below:
Asus GTX 780
Intel i7 4770k
16GB DDR3 Ram
256GB Samsung 840 Pro SSD
MSI Z87-G45 mobo

You should be fine, my guess is high or maxed.

Would I get around 30 FPS at high or maxed?
Would I get around 30 FPS at high or maxed?
Yup, I would think so.
the last update improved FPS by 10 on a computer that should be running it at 180 FPS
this time I got as far as hitting a tree with a rock three times before freezing
Will it run? let me know asap
Windows 7 64bit
8GB RAM
i5-3470 @ 3.6GHz
GeForce 465 GTX

Definitely will play, not sure how well though. My guess would be medium-high to high, but you might max it too.

How much fps will I get on each setting roughly, without grass?
Thanks in advance

I can't really gauge that, unfortunately, I haven't played with that card or setup, my best guess would be around 45-50 on high, but I am honestly not sure. Wait here for one of the other helpers to answer for you.

Thanks mate. Knowing I might be able to get 45-50 on high is a resolution from that ~20fps on my 430 GT atm!

The 430 GT is an entry-level card for the 400 series, the 465 GTX is a significant step up, it's more a mid-high level card (at least for the 400 series,) so you should be alright. It's outdated, but not severely.

That's a pretty high-end rig, I wouldn't be surprised if you could max it, you can definitely play it on high though.

Well to be fair, you are rather lacking on the graphics, that is a last-gen card with a really low amount of video memory. Not only that, but you are barely cutting it in the CPU category and are right around spec for memory.

and that's why you don't get a MAC
