"Will it Run?" For asking if you can run rust, sharing your computer specs, and asking for computer

Slightly off-topic as I'm not worried about my computer specs but I am going to purchase when I get home and have a related question.....
Does this game run significantly better on SSD over HDD? I'm trying to conserve my SSD space but if there is a lot of loading and the SSD will reduce choppiness/lag, then its worth it.
I've already played and runs great!
Good to hear, I wasn't entirely sure regarding the 32-bit part, but I figured you would be alright, since the rest of your specs were alright. What setting are you playing on, and at what fps?

I don't believe so, the point of an SSD is to have faster transfer speeds over a standard platter HDD. The game will start up faster, but I don't think you will get a performance increase, but I could be wrong.

Medium or high would be my guess, but I am not sure.

How much fps at Medium ?
How much fps at Medium ?
not entirely sure, my guess is 45, but don't take my word for it. I am not sure how that integrated GPU runs, but I do know that the one I have in my laptop (which is paired with an A8-5550 if I remember correctly,) will not play even on lowest settings very well.
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6670
CPU:Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E7200 @ 2.53GHz
RAM: 2 GB DDR2 (Kill me, I know)
I hope I'm able to play atleast 40 FPS at lowest settings..

You know, funny you should mention DDR2. I just refurbished this laptop I am currently on to run Ubuntu, and it has the exact same specs (except it's an integrated GPU :v:) I will say that CPU is a little underpowered most likely, and the RAM as well, but it should be playable on low or medium-low at an acceptable frame rate.
Intel Core i7 4:e gen. 4500U / 1.8 GHz

8GB DDR3 1600Mhz
1000GB SATAIII 64MB 7200rpm
ASUS GeForce GTX 660 DCII OC PCI-E 2GB GDDR5
I think i can run Rust with max graphs and stuff, but what fps i would have?
On a surprising note I can report that the Microsoft surface pro 2 (rev 1, the new rev 2 should be slightly better) can run the game at playable although not good fps (I'd assume around 25-30, didn't benchmark) at fastest settings, both windowed mode and fullscreen.

probably 60+ fps minus the general framerate spikes that seem to happen to everyone

High-Maxed, 60 FPS. Make sure you set it to run on your dedicated graphics.

While this is a useful tool, the system requirements are far too vague for this to be accurate.

I don't think so, the six series is severely outdated (In fact, isn't it on AGP instead of PCI-e?) You might be able to sqeak by on lowest settings, but no promises, that is an entry-level GPU even for the day, iirc.

Okay thanks. Is that all I need to worry about? Or should I try to upgrade my RAM too.

Upgrading your RAM won't do you any good. It will not be anywhere near playable, sorry man. I would recommend investing about $500 into building a new computer for yourself, as you can't stick a high-end GPU in that most likely without some real bottlenecking.
Ultra graphics, no problems!
Specs are
I5 430M processor
8GB Ram
ATI® Radeon HD5870M Graphic Card with 1GB of GDDR5 ram
running windows 7 64 bit and Thats about all the specs needed!

there is the product page, I don't know the rust minimum specs but this laptop doesn't even struggle with it on ultra graphics (in game options all set to full)
Please note, when using a gamma change I had some fps problems, this was due to having all settings increased beyond that of the games options by AMD control center, if you change the options in that program you can find a happy medium, which is good because it is giving you even better graphics than the game currently offers.
I have a computer with dual core Core2duos at 2.8 ghz
and a radeon fireGL 5700 with 512MB of vram
4GB of RAM
Can i run rust, and at what frame rate?

I doubt it, that's a workstation graphics card, if I am not mistaken, it is not built for gaming... I could be wrong though, but I am entirely unsure.
FireGL 5700 is i believe same as Radeon HD 2600 XT ..well the GPU core architecture
but the drivers are focused more on OpenGL
and HD2600XT itself is quite old and not really fast.. so if it even works then its barely playble.
Will it run?

Iffy... It might play on low settings.

you Ram amount might be limiting factor (make sure nothing else takes ram when you run the game)
also that GPU is not the most powerfull but should pull it of on medium.
Well I know my game runs, but I need to post somewhere....
Intel i3
GPU : AMD Radeaon HD 7800 Series
8 mg ram...
The GPU runs HOT... only for RUST, every other game its fine but RUST makes it run super hot. Like side of computer case HOT.

Try forcing vertical sync, Rust does not cap your frame rate, and it will run hot.
