Desktop PC Windows 8 8GB RAM AMD Radeon HD 7950 - 3GB Memory - Core Clock: 1100MHz - Memory Clock: 1500MHz AMD FX 8120 @4.1GHz 1.5TB SATA HDD Result: On fantastic I'm able to get 60 FPS near the core of the map, 70+ FPS everywhere else, and 100+ FPS near the edges of the map. On average it tends to stick around 60-70 FPS. The CPU and GPU in my computer are liquid cooled via a custom loop. Just for fun, here's a couple pictures of my build. That CPU isn't great, but it should get the job done.

Photoshop? Video Editing? I'm rather curious...
Perfect. Thanks!

Hey guys, Can i run Rust on minimal settings on my laptop ?? Dell inspiron 15 3521 Touch with W8 (CPU) Intel Core i3 3227 1.9 GHz Ivy Bridge (RAM) 4096 MB DDR3 (HDD) 500 GB HDD Graphics card: Intel HD Graphics 4000 Display(LCD) 15.6 "LCD HD 1 366 x 768 My Cpu is lowly,2ghz is minimal. :-( I can play or not if i activate game booster???
GPU - NVIDIA GTX 645 2GB CPU - Intel i7 4770 @ 3.4ghz RAM - 16GB Monitor - ASUS VS228H-P 22" Widescreen (Usually on 1920x1080) (Can't space down because editing) With these I get obscenely low FPS whenever I look at the grass on Beautiful settings, but turning off the grass puts my FPS up around 70-80, 100+ if looking at the sky. My GPU seems to not handle particles too well.

Sorry ---- Found the solution to my problem : So far rust has conflict with realtek + mobile card gt750m. Made several tests. Tested with another notebook with a gt740 and had no issues with realtek off. Took off realtek on my notebook and had my fps go up from <20 to 40+.
You would need a dedicated graphic card instead of a integrated one. Sorry ------- Why graphics card ?:\ 512mb vram enough? I found this:it will help?...i really want Rust, damn. I cant play Dayz and now problem with Rust :// Here are some ways to boost your FPS. If you like the guide, please comment so that I can post more like this. Step 1) Launch Rust Step 2) Press F1 Step 3) Type following into console grass.on False grass.forceredraw False grass.displacement False grass.disp_trail_seconds 0 grass.shadowcast False grass.shadowreceive False gfx.ssaa False gfx.bloom False gfx.grain False gfx.ssao False gfx.shafts False gfx.tonemap False render.level 0.1 shadows.on false Step 4) Have Fun!!!!

(I would add another 4gb ram tho ) Rust is not a heavy game. It's simply because it's still in alpha and the game still need a lot of work (performance wise ). I assume that by the time this game launch, all these issues will be solved.
