They pair up just fine, my eight core is an FX processor and I run the same R9 270x 4gig card. Works great.

AMD Sempron 145 2.8 GHZ

should run legacy fine. experimental might have issues with just 4gb of ram.
Procesor: Intel Celeron E3400 @ 2.60 Ghz ( Overclocked to 3.2 Ghz in bios)
Graphic Card: Ati Radeon HD5450 512 mb ( Overclocked in Ati Catalyst Control Center but i dont know how much Mb)
Ram: 4 Gb DDR3
Windows 7 64 bit ( i set it for performance)
OS: Windows 98
Processor: Intel Core M 5Y10 @ Dualcore 0.8 GHz
Graphics Card: 2x Nvidia GeForce 210 running SLI
Ram: 512 MB
I should be able to run rust on at least high settings, right? I spent about 600$ on this rig.

yeah, i'm looking at upgrading to that when i save up enough.
Hey guys, i bought another PC today. I had a GTX 970 , i7 2700k and 8GB of ram the last two years where i played on 2560x1440 @ 70 FPS +. Today i switched to a :
Phenom II X6 1100T @ 3,51 GHz
Asus Crosshair IV ROG
GTX 580 XLR8 1,5GB
8GB DDR3 Corsair XMS3
620w Modular Coolermaster
500GB Evo 850 SSD
Even at Full HD the Experimental version won't run over 25 FPS when standing near a bigger building at the lowest settings aviable. Is this normal or is something wrong? I know the hardware is pretty old, but i didn't expect it to run at so low framerates. At least stable 30 FPS on medium would be great.
Windows 7
Intel(r) pentium(r) D cpu 2.80ghz
Dual core
GeForce gt430
Api: direct3d 11.0 level 11
Memory 977mb
Sm 50
Thanks in advance!

Why wouldn't you put the 970 in the new PC? Why did you downgrade your CPU? (http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i7-2700K-vs-AMD-Phenom-II-X6-Black-1100T)
You really moved to a much worse system than what you had before.
Windows 7 Pro 64 bit
Intel i5 2500K 3.3 ghz
EVGA SC Geforce GTX 680
16GB DDR3 Corsair ram
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300, GeForce 8600 GT 512mb, 4 GB DDR2, Windows 10
OR
Intel Core i3 370M, AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5470 512mb, 4 GB DDR3, Windows 10
OR
Intel Core 2 Duo T9400, AMD Mobility Radeon HD 3470 256mb, 4 GB DDR3, Windows 10
Processor Type Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed 2.4 or (4.5) GHz
Graphic Processor NVIDIA GeForce GT 320M
Installed Video Memory 256 MB
RAM 4 or (8) GB
CPU: i5 4690k@3.9Ghz (cheaped out on the PSU so no overclock)
MOBO: Asus Z97-A
RAM: 8Gb ddr3
GPU`s 2 Radeon R9 270`s @ 1Ghz OC (older card was at 925Mhz newer was at 975Mhz)
Windows 10 and a cheapo 1Tb HD I had laying around.
40-50 FPS on max settings with lots of stutters and drops. 60-70FPS with the quality turned down to 4, shaders turned down a bit and most of the fancy stuff under "performance" turned off. the top GPU runs at 70-75°C while the bottom runs at 60-65°C
I cringe at the shitty PCs in this thread...
Windows 10
Radeon R9 390
FX-8350
On beautiful settings I run 50-70 fps
It's great, besides that I had to drop 1400$
Out of my bank account
Anyone know about it running on a mac?

Windows 10
Intel i7 4700HQ 3.40 GHz

If Rust makes it to beta your FPS will gradually become acceptable, but for now you are shit outta luck. Just make sure Rust is using your nvidia card and not your integrated graphics!
Type system in Rust's console.
