AMD Phenom II X6 1055T GeForce GTX 660 8GB Ram Tried turning Grass on/off Putting it on fastest with lowest rendering. Tied to force launch it with DX11 and 9 But still nothing changes Any Suggestions?

I've heard people say it could be ping but I am joining servers with 60-80 ping atm.

Also may want to upgrade your processor to a newer Athlon II...
