"Will it Run?" For asking if you can run rust, sharing your computer specs, and asking for computer - Rust

I get horrible fps lag like 20-30 when I play this with these decent specs for some reason. Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3450 CPU @ 3.10GHz 16 GB RAM Windows 7 AMD HD Radeon 6870 1 GB Im playing on Simple and max resolution, it always goes back to fantastic when i restart though for some reason

Test on maximum settings with "grass.on true" 1920x1080 Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz 8 GB RAM Windows 8.1 (64 bit) gtx 660 2gb (no ti, no oc) I got stable 60 fps :)
