If you get bored with a game, you shouldn't have bought it. Don't ruin it for everyone else. And if you are so shit at it you can't play legitimately, then don't play at all or get good. Don't be an absolute dick and cheat, and ruin everyone else's games. This website advertises cheats. It isn't even a proper wiki. Whether these cheats are real or not or get you banned or not is irrelevant. It basically hosts links to other sites that people write on. The search doesn't even work. I'd say stay away.

To be fully honest, most game hacks or anything designed to inject code into a program is detected by anti-malware scanners just because they follow the same pattern as actual malware. If you're downloading things designated as "hacks", you can't always depend on your malware scanner. Just the source and your gut.
