C:\Users\Назар\Desktop\Server>echo off [ 0%] !!! Fatal Error: %appname% cannot run from a folder path that includes non-English characters. Please re-install Steam to the default folder. ..\steamexe\main.cpp (535) : Assertion Failed: Unable to access Steam files due to incompatible path Install the dedicated server to something like C:\Server instead of a folder on your desktop named "Server". The problem is that your Windows username uses Cyrillic characters, and the server is on the desktop folder inside your user folder which has Cyrillic. That's what the error is telling you.
Gosh it works! Thank you.
