I think the idea of jamming the weapon is not bad. For example, a weapon with low strength would be much more often cleaned than a new-crafted weapon. Please think about this idea. P.S. I do agree. Not only should the chance be based upon the condition/health of a weapon but also the ammunition. Hand made shells should have an additional chance of jamming/misfire.
You know what I like this idea, even though the RNG kills it for me. I'd support it if the red bar on a weapons life strongly indicates the percentage of jamming per clip!
