A flare would be nice. One that arcs well and uses particles instead of an object so it drops slow and not like a rock, defeating the purpose of it.

Can anyone post a tutorial for rigging up a simple wire detonator to one of the bombs like the satchel charge or IED? I really suck with wire but I'd like to be able to make simple detonators so I dont have to rely on the crossbow or dynamite to trigger them.

It would making aiming the projectiles easier. Like if you could maybe use a tool gun to spawn them optionally and have them face where you clicked it would help ever more.
So could some inventive people maybe right up some simple wire tutorials some time for things you can do with the bombs with that addon? I have never been good with coming up with things on my own in wire but I can easily build things once I have a blue print.
I don't know if it's a glitch or on purpose but I like the unexploded ordnance that the cluster bomb can produce. Like three or four bomblets that don't blow up, it kinda adds to it. I like it.

This is the best citadel/combine nexus I have ever seen. When I did HL2RP it was all I ever wanted in one. Multiple entrances and exits, HUGE and intimidating, a pod transport system. Just wow. I mean the rest of the map is great too but. Wow.
Could definitely use a lot of improving, but God I love the concept. I have always wanted a good rocket launch pad map. For roleplaying or posing there are a lot of okay maps out there but none like this idea. Keep working on it and make it into something great!

I agree that simple is better. I don't want a complex as fuck map for the two default gm maps. The flatgrass upgrade was great. I like the changes to construct (skybox, buildings part of the map now with interiors). I think that's good enough.
Hopefully this delay means more people were able to finish their part of this project? I'm still excited for it all coming together.
For one of the spurs, maybe just have it be short and give the players the option to go down it for supplies or something. That way you still have a branching, realistic looking track but it just ends in a short siding.

I've been having the same issue but I have no errors in my log. I just have to try launching again from hammer and it works eventually. Not a real problem. You wouldn't happen to be mapping for the Elevator: Source game mode would you?

I don't think it came from the most recent Gmod update since I had it a bit before it was released, but I think it's just a Toybox problem to be fixed.
I get it as well but it comes and goes. I usually wait quite a while after starting Gmod before going into the Toybox map tab or Toybox entities/saves/weapons tab. When I open it right away, that seems to be when I get the error.
I think you should attempt it to at least see how it turns out. If it doesn't work, then it doesn't.
