Where's Metroid.
Seems to be dead, unfortunately.
what if they made an ultra gritty ultra realistic zelda game that featured a Link that was past his prime rising up again to defeat his enemies. A "Dark Knight Rises" of zelda games.
"I will destroy Hyrule and then, when it is done and Hyrule is ashes... then you have my permission to die" -Baneondorf
Where's Metroid.
Right here, forever trapped:
Even though I have played some toonlink games I've always preferred the more serious link from Ocarina and Twilight.

Not that I don't like Wind Waker's style, but After all these HD zelda games and many cartoony zelda games, I would certainly not mind another that looks like Twilight Princess. With the new Power of the Wii U, a game that looks like the E3 demo would be stupidly amazing.
Lets add some lens flare while we're at it eh?
Zelda had lens flare since the N64 games.

I remember WW looking much better on the GC when I played it. Or to say it different: I didn't remember the GC version to look so "different" when I played it. Since the screenshots of the remake are the first pics I've seen of it, after a long time.
I really hope they make a new Zelda game with Major's Mask's and OOT's artstyle in HD. That would be amazing.
I've played through OOT easily over 30 times or so, and every time I see the Japanese in it just a little bit clearer
