Still waiting on the inevitable remastered definitive edition of the PS4

At the risk of sounding like a dick, I'd really like to know what great PS4 games that have come out that aren't remasters or re-releases or remakes that aren't Bloodborne. I'm frankly getting sick of seeing how many old games are coming out on the new system.
Is it actually remastered or just another port? TLOU was just at a higher resolution and frame rate IIRC.
How can you even improve Journey? It had very stylistic graphics. What are they gonna do, improve the particles slightly?

Well they're gonna do the same they did with Flow and Flower I reckon.
Improve the graphics and re-release it for free for those who already bought the PS3 version.

Oh, that's not bad at all then.
I think its a good idea to be honest. A lot of people who migrated from 360 to PS4 never had a PS3 to play it.

There are so many games on 360 that I can't play on my xbone.
