finally, after what a year after release?

half the fun in the dayz mod was repairing up your own cars with your buddies.
I always hated how the mod had like 10 cars/server and unlimited fuel - I'd rather have a ton of broken down cars but no fuel for them - much more exciting that way.
I like how in the MTA DayZ you would have buses and Bobcats that needed a few parts and sometimes there'd be these awesome chases and shootouts over a wheel.

Personally i think cars should just be more accessible in general.
They are mainly a deathtrap, and getting around in DayZ (especially on the new map) is a huge pain.
the ability to have passengers to hold their primary's/side-arms would be cool to, also if the driver could also pull out his side-arm.
drive-bys ahoy.
I remember once in the mod there was some guy driving around the map shouting in chat that he was a "taxi" and was taking people wherever they wanted to go. (This was before there were any full repair unlimited fuel servers) Being a friendly guy, we all left him alone. Then my friend hopped on the server/TS with me and first thing he says is "I jumped on the server and ended up killing some guy in a car who had tons of fuel and ammo."
Vehicles? I think vehicle is more accurate.

To be fair, once the code is implemented once, it won't be a problem to create a variety of vehicles.

Arma 3 just added that so it's not unlikely.

I think they are planning to make it possible to do drivebys iirc
