Yes.
Fuck yeah. This has been my all time favourite game EVER! I have a childhood spent mostly on Carmageddon 2. I found perfection in imperfection itself.

Then there are other times where a car would not physically fit thru pack of a track.
Danm, i need 25 dollars, QUICK
http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/stainlessgames/carmageddon-reincarnation Yes!!! this game is getting made. At least hopefully.
I never played it.
$10 is a bit much for such an old game.
It's Carmageddon and it's expansion pack. and $10 isn't that much money anyway.
I remember the first game the parts generated by a person when hit were random, so some times you'd have 4 eyeballs fly out of one person.
$10 is a bit much for such an old game.
not if it's a GoG game, they fix it up so it works right away, plus you're getting two games for 10 bucks here. And also, its fucking Carmageddon.
Oh sweet. I actually did pledge $25 to the Kickstarter thing a while ago. Even more of a payoff! :3
I'd happily pay $25 for Carma & Splat Pack, as long as they make them work on Windows 7 64 bit along with a glide wrapper. And guess what, they'll do just that. And for the same amount of money I'l also get Reincarnation on Steam. This is practically a steal.

Though, I've got another computer with 32-bit Windows XP and it sure accepts C2 played using the XP patch and the carma2.exe)[/SP]. You only need to: 1. Go pick up the cnc-ddraw module. 2. Drop it into the same directory as the Carm95 executable is in and there you have it. PS: You get a .INI file that you can edit to your liking, in my case on this Win7 64-bit however, I am forced to copy the ddraw.ini into Documents, configure from over there and then extract the edited configuration file back and replace the old ddraw config. Just don't forget to either make a shortcut to the CARM95 with "-hires" after the .EXE" or to navigate to the Carmageddon directory using the Command Line and typing in "CARM95 -hires", that makes Carmageddon play in SVGA mode Mentioning TDR2000! [SP]When I think about TDR 2000, I personally didn't have anything against it even though it was made by Torus Games. But since it doesn't work right with this SysWOW64 (32-bit emulator) other than slowing down everything (just like Carma2.exe, when you execute it on a 64-bit machine) I really don't feel like trying to play it again, also because of negative comments on it.[/SP] About Carma 4, I wonder if Carma Reincarnation will allow exiting your car and doing stuff casually or would it be too friendly to let yourself be a pedestrian as well?
It's not that you need the glide wrappers, it's that they make the game look much much better.
You know what GOG needs? The original Soldier of Fortune game. That game was amazing but it doesn't run on Windows Vista or 7 and so I haven't been able to play it for years. Would be an instant buy for me.
I also wonder if the guys at Stainless will even re-do the MIDI tunes they originally intended to use for Carmageddon 1, except not as MIDI anymore and use real instruments [editline]28th May 2012[/editline] And perhaps we should go over to this thread, plus 400,000 USD was quite fast (but not faster than 12 seconds, doesn't matter though)

Okay. First Syndicate, then Theme Hospital, and now CARMAGEDDON? If GOG somehow gets System Shock on there I will bust a nut. They are fantastic.
