You do realize it was only open for those that signed up on time since they didn't open it up for everyone on pc, only on xbone, yeah? No need to be like that especially when you're wrong. Jesus.

Yeah exactly, and I tried to sign up but couldn't get through to the website, it's still not properly loading for me even now that the beta has ended.
I didn't even sign up for beta and got in on opening day by emailing support to ask if I was supposed to get a key
This is why I don't buy into the whole 'X game developed by these and those devs' 90% of the time...
Just because they worked on another game it doesnt mean their current is guaranteed to be good or bad or that they don't deserve credit for anything they do.
I played it not even knowing who the devs were, I liked it, I bought it, why do we need to get caught up in playground politics?
personally I'm kind of excited that devs who've worked on huge titles before are working on an original idea with full creative independence from the publisher. THAT'S what stagnated CoD, the pressure to refine and repeat a proven formula.
jee, thanks for the informative posts on a product that i'm curious about
'it's good' '<pointless arguing>'
i feel so informed about whether it's a 'look at me im the next call of duty' then dies at launch or whether it'll be around for a while
Nearly every post in here makes the point that the game is good, the fuck do you want?
Go to the Titanfall thread or some shit if you want details, we're not here to service you.
I'm dumbfounded by the sheer amount of people that seem to just want this game to fail. It's not like it's even done anything offensive other than be published (with no control) by EA.
All these fucks want new shit and bitch when they get it. Are you surprised?
Not surprised by any sense, just fucking confused.
I just don't understand what the motivation or reasoning could possibly be.

I suppose past works do count for something, but I guess I have become a bit cynical after wasting so much money on games that were built on promises and seemed to have so much potential just for them to turn out to be trash. Nowadays I look forward to games but I always do a lot of research and usually they aren't day 1 purchases or preorders.
I didn't realize Respawn were the guys that left CoD. The game definitely had a CoD feel to it but with great twists and everything went together really well.
It deserves the attention and there is an opening in the market for it, after loving every minute of the beta and having no issues I was happy to put money down for it.
