Aside from the fact I'm still alive, none of this surprises me.
Not the regenerating health nooooooooo
I will long prefer goofy health kits to recovering health. Not because of the breaks from realism (I'm playing video games realism can go fuck itself) but regenerating health tends to lead to really easy combat, or fake difficulty. For me, it's really not as much fun to have to hide behind a wall pausing the action in order to suck all my blood back into my face. I prefer soldiering on and patching up my wounds after the fact.
If you are getting mad because people are talking about a popular video game I'd say the problem is more likely with you.
More like people just spewing shit that they don't even know anything about, and them doing that constantly.
More like people just spewing shit that they don't even know anything about, and them doing that constantly.
Life after school is going to be really difficult for you.
Really, you are going to say this happens every year? Go read some MW3 threads. Relevant ones aren't that old so it should be easy. [editline]5th May 2012[/editline] If you are getting mad because people are talking about a popular video game I'd say the problem is more likely with you.
Exactly, I don't think it's healthy to get mad at people talking about a video game then go home and rage on a forum, it works both ways though where it gets annoying to see the first mage of every CoD thread have the same mindless hate, and just like what they bash CoD for, all their jokes are rehashed shit. It's worse with Black Ops II cause they could be a pretty amazing change if what they say is true so you can tell the people apart from who read the features and who hasn't and just mindlessly bash it. Also Bumrang why don't you idk, not be a raging nerd and just play along or something like I do when people talk about MW2 or MW3 with me and ask me if I trickshot and stuff, trust me you will enjoy life a lot more instead of being weird. All my friends would never shut up about them so I barrelled through em in a weekend each. I dislike these games not out of hearsay or bandwagon but out of personal exeperience. I gave em each a try, and... there's just nothing there for me. It was the same game 3 times over, with slightly different backgrounds. If anything, I think the one I thought was mildly decent was Black Ops for at least having that prison riot level, I thought that one was fun. They really didn't add much to the games at all.... I didn't really play the multiplayer except splitscreen, so I have no idea there but the gameplay was completely the same. I feel the future setting might change the story somewhat, but the gameplay will be the same it always will.

What bothers people is the mindless hate when you just see the thread title say "CoD" and people faces turn red and start angrily typing the same replies that have always been said. I'm one of those people though where I can go play Arma or RO or any other realism game with depth and then easily switch to CoD and blowup trucks with miniguns :v: but it's not for everyone obviously.
Instead of zombies, there's probably going to be waves of robots or some shit. (If they even decide to have zombies at all) Seriously, I'd buy a standalone version of Black Ops' Zombie mode for 20 or 30 bucks. Can't stand much else.
BLOPS 2: BLOP HARDER
so no more gore? :(
Could possibly mean that but they're still adding tons of things to zombies. They'll have to keep crawlers and everything so I assume they'll add gore too [at least in the Zombies sections]
NONE of you have even played the game or seen anything other than a 2 minute trailer.
I have real money, you have real money. What say you to a friendly wager on if this title will be the same game with new skins (rehash)? [editline]5th May 2012[/editline]
But.. this happens every year. Step 1) New COD Announced. All of FP announces "THIS ONE'S GONNA CHANGE THINGS! THIS ONE'S GONNA BE FANTASTIC!
Who the fuck has done this? Ever? The only people who offered any reasoning have said that they buy the games because they know what to expect? It's like bandwagoning the topic itself isn't the trend anymore, you have to bandwagon about bandwagons to be cool.
It looks like a bad terminator/halo. The trailer was hilariously retarded so I think I'm gonna pass... again.
60€? Yeah, fuck this.
Judging by the initial info. It doesn't sound that bad actually.
Wait. From what I see in the trailer, it's the future, but they still use the same guns and generic ak-47's.
Why would it matter on the publisher? EA is practically on the same level but people still are willing to buy the BF games
I'm not, I didn't buy BF3, nor have I bought a game from EA in a long time. [editline]5th May 2012[/editline] And why are people telling others to get out of the thread if they dislike CoD? This is an internet forum, we're allowed to speak our opinions no matter what they are.
Wait. From what I see in the trailer, it's the future, but they still use the same guns and generic ak-47's.
There's a portion of the game in the 1980's. Kotaku made a big list of things they've managed to collect, if you can bother find the article about it.
MW3 is still $99 on steam where I live
Available: 13 November 2012 This game will unlock in approximately 6 months, 3 weeks, 3 days and 6 hours why is it available for preorder now, the release is like 7 months away.
That's some funny shit you got there..
No. Not yet.
60$, again hah not rehashed at all.
If there was modding tools for Black ops 2, the first mod would end up being an MLP conversion for the Horses but fortunately there isn't any modding capability to a call of duty game since COD 4
If there was modding tools for Black ops 2, the first mod would end up being an MLP conversion for the Horses but fortunately there isn't any modding capability to a call of duty game since COD 4
black ops had mod tools albeit released late
black ops had mod tools albeit released late
But they were extraordinarily limiting and all around poor.
Well hate bandwagons aside. I'm still not preordering until they make some incentive for doing so.
But they were extraordinarily limiting and all around poor.
Any mod tools is better than most publisher policies these days.
Yeah I'm going to hold off buying until E3. We all know there is going to be a big thing on it.
