What is this woman honestly planning to do? Sue them for calling her a name? Maybe the judge will sentence them both to a time-out.
Okay, just so long as they make sure to look into every single case and make sure it's legitimate harassment before handing over information. This kind of stuff honestly makes me never want to put any piece of personal information online, as well as use a proxy.
Not because I'm the kind of person who does this, but because other people can send in a request for my information which might not be taken seriously and just hand over my information because they were asked to. As well as the additional costs it puts on a website' owner/company to deal with illegitimate complaints from people who are way to sensitive or don't take the system seriously.
If it's actual harassment, like some guy stalking and being creepy on facebook, that MIGHT be considered it considering it's about as relevant to real life as you can get on the internet.
Big difference between trolling and abusing. A troll aims to annoy and hopefully infuriate. Abuse is a bit sharper, personal and passively aggressive and not done just for self-lolz.
