I see mutiplayer servers on gametracker that are still populated but there seems to be no way to join them unless you have a legit copy :/
Me and my bro installed our copy and we used a keygen on one of the installs and our legit serial on the other and it worked
You can get WiC complete from GoG and RUSE is available to download from Amazon.
Unfortunately I believe RUSE servers got knocked down. Multiplayer is a laggy bitch now.

Incidentally, I still have my pre-purchased copy because I was really hyped for it. It's a bretty good game tbh
Basically every Star Trek game
Yep, still pains me to this day that I can't buy Bridge Commander or Elite Force online, I had the disks years ago but kid me didn't look after them.
I hope one day GoG pulls through in that regard, but my hopes aren't high, those games are locked down under so much legal bullshit it's sad.
Gunman Chronicles anyone?
Gunman Chronicles anyone?
Oh god, I've totally forgotten about it. I think I still have the CD of it.
Pandora Tomorrow is another great one.
We need to have No One Lives Forever! Such classic game shouldn't be left in limbo like that.
The hidden and dangerous series!
AVP2, I think?
i feel like this article has been done already this year. i might be thinking of a different site, though they did share some similarities.
i'd also like to point out that wolfenstein 2009, mafia, battlefield 2 and XIII were on steam at one point.
There was one about games not on Steam iirc. So yeah it is a bit similar
