Hm. I thought "today's deal" meant that it was a one day deal only.
Same, when the fuck do the new deals come in?

Typically they would change at 1 PM EST. But for some reason the timer has it set an extra 24 hours. No clue why.

I would assume it's because of Thanksgiving.

Yeah, how dare you keep these amazing sales for one day longer so more people can get a chance to buy those games at a cheap price and still keep doing flash sales every twelve hours? Thanks for nothing Steam!
Don't know which to get: GTA IV, Dead Island, or Fallout 3

Rather then having the thing change every 5 hours to practically the same games have it last longer and have new games every time. Just a personal opinion. What's the point of a flash sale if all games are the same?

Oh jeez, stop complaining. You literally can't wait a day to pay less for games you like?
Is Of Orcs and Men any good?

Beggars can't be choosers. Deal with it.

I would assume it's because they're making the deals take two days again, but rolling in new ones too. They did this with the last sale, so it would only make sense. They gave you 24 more hours to buy the old deals, and put the new ones above them.

What are you even talking about? The ones that were supposed to change, all changed to completely different games.
The line of indie is that if you aren't independent then you aren't indie.
If Paradox Interactive didn't have a say in how the game was formed and didn't pay them anything to develop the game, then I can accept that as indie since their publishing then is essentially the same as putting a game on Steam. Steam makes it available to buy for you, but you handled everything else independently.
Max Schaefer has had the experience of creating the original diablo.
So he knew what made the original game fun when he made torchlight, this gave him a significant advantage.
Frictional games was a company formed by like 7 or so guys out of their basement while they worked part time jobs.
Sure rate me boxes, it's still not that much of an indie game.
New day of deals dropped.

I read Steam Autism Sale first.. damnit.
welp finally bought gmod
Got Dead Island GOTY, so did my brother.
I tried its single player once, and smashing the zombies with my fists was fun already.
Thank you Steam.
I've been trying to buy Dead Island GOTY using my russian friends for two hours, and EVERYONE got "Unexpected Steam error". Deal is gonna end in 2 hours, and I have to go sleep soon, so I decided to buy it for 6€ on my Steam Store...money is gone, and no Dead Island for me! And in the account history, it says that the game haven't been bought and is still in my shopping cart.
Thank you Valve for not taking my money.
Well I have to spend my money on something.
I wonder if scribblenauts unlimited will be on there at all.
