What about weapons? Will we see any weapons?

In the background. It looks like that stadium in Los Santos.

Better than the early DRIVER games then. ":D"
If GTA V doesn't run like absolute horse shit on PC then I'm sold, everything is perfect so far.

no
"Confirmed: No weapons in GTA V"
From reliable source.

That slanty wheel is probably a hint to some fancy car damage witchcraft
Also I hope to god that I can get in one of those cars in the truck and drive it off while the truck is still driving
Graphics wise, one thing I hope they put some effort into is emergency lights on vehicles. It's such a simple thing, but it really takes away from a chase when the lights on the police cars look like utter shit, especially compared to everything else.

Or they could just be changing the character model to keep us guessing
I saw one of the earlier trailers for GTA IV and Niko did look a little different but in my opinion the older Niko they showed in the trailer looked better than the final one.

Saints Row (the first one) had better cop lights than GTAIV did.

Saints Row 2 actually had a quite good shadow system for the year it came out, lots of dynamic lights (especially on streetlights and headlights)
However, this is judging from the ps3 version (and the textures were pretty bad)
Holy fuck the water is incredible it literally blows gta 4's water out of the water.
Rockstar don't make lame dlcs for this game and I will never lose hope in future games.
I think it's safe to say most of rockstar's dlcs dont suck
Ah my mistake. Haven't picked up MP3 yet

San Fransisco.
If the performance will be good on PC, I'm sold.
PC hardware also plays a role in performance.
I really do hope we see everything that was included in SA

I never really noticed the emergency lights in GTA apart from in China Town on PSP, the lighting as fucking insane in police chases! It was awesome!
Instant buy if they actually make a good PC port this time
This time I really really really hope the police actually chase you. It's so fucking lame that they just don't bother if you go over 30 mph.
I want a video series like they did for RDR.
If they keep making all these pretty landscapes 80% of my gameplay is just going to be sightseeing

Hold on

Isn't this bridge is is San Fierro?
It connected the second and third island together
Either they've reshaped all of San Andreas or they're including everything
Doesn't that ship look a bit like the platypus from GTA IV? The one Niko served on.

They did it for Max Payne 3 as well. It's proven highly effective they would be unwise NOT to do it again.

Hell, I'll still buy it even if they don't. GTA has always been fun.

omg and that ak magazine must've been the same one niko used

I highly doubt that.
I can't wait to play this on low settings with 10 fps!
Same engine, will run fine on up to date PC's now regardless if the port is great or not.

I can hardly run GTA4 on Low settings now
unless I'm misunderstanding you
[editline]26th August 2012[/editline]
depends on what your definition of up to date pc is
if you mean all the newest parts, sure
if you mean a medium-end machine that can run most games on high-medium, probably not.
Exactly my fucking point, I can run almost all modern games at High (or slightly below High) on my native resolution yet I can barely run GTA4 on Low on the lowest possible resolution
I took a grand and built a great desktop. It's not much. :v:
Had it for a year already too.
