Is that Alma stylized in the middle or what because on the steam banner it really looked like a dude
i thought it was the butterfly effect cover actually
I've played the first two levels. My main gripe is the stupid challenge popups. I get a popup when I take cover, get ammo, kill a guy, etc. and it takes away the immersion. My character even "levels up" just like in COD. Unfortunate to see that another game is plagued by the COD craze. Other than that, the combat is pretty nice. Violence looks very real and I like the story so far.
You don't level up in COD? Well in MP you do but not campaign.
I'm very worried about trying it. I disliked the second very much compared to the first, they just lost the atmosphere and fear that it's meant to give.
Beat it, it definitely didn't have the same feel or fear as the first one or (second kind of). It's a lot more combat and not as scary, but still enjoyed it.
Kinda lost interest in FEAR when it decided it wanted to be a action game more than a horror game but still thought it could do both at the same time.
Was it ever a horror game to begin with?
The only reason I knew it was out was because two of my XBL friends (that are brothers IRL) have been co-opping all day.
I would buy this, but it costs too much, maybe after the price drops later.
I liked FEAR because it wasn't much about back story and shit, you were just some government guy sent to some place to do stuff. But 2 and 3 just killed that, didn't they?
Just beat the game. It is an amazing Co-op game.
FEAR 1 was the shit. Its expansions too. FEAR 2 was generic, and I didn't like becket at all. I know F3AR isn't going to be good like the first one was either.
