The only other game I can think of that even includes the American Revolution as a main point of conflict is Empire: Total War. In fact, this will probably show a lot of pro-French things as well, seeing as the French were a major support to America - one of the few reasons that helped in America's victory. It's a unique setting for a game, with a lot of interesting avenues to explore, and I've no doubt I'm going to play it.
As long as the game stays unbiased to a degree it will be great.
