Co-op is alright, I can see why people would want extra chapters on other platforms - it's boring to play through the exact same fucking six chapters, over and over again, expecting shit to change.
Are there any multi-platform games that get pc exclusive content ever?

Also, mods. This is still BS though. Not only that but minor DLC/map packs does not a system seller make.

Nowadays it's pretty rare.
