after a while, yeah, but sometimes you'll find yourself waiting more than 3-5 minutes trying to skip a cutscene. some of them just won't skip until a certain point, which doesn't make sense.
Bought it and waited like 3 hours for download. I try to play and it gives me a "failed to contact cd key service" which means that there aren't any keys left.
This is sommo bullshit
What's bullshit is that my social club ui won't even load, even after reinstalled [i]3[/i] times.
Bought the double pack, playing through the original now, never played them up till now but I remember when it came out way back when. I would have really enjoyed it when I was younger if I had picked it up.

Because it's a loading screen. It only lets you skip when it's fully loaded.

Multiplayer is pretty dead, but what's there is super fun. Very skill-based, but the balance is pretty bad.

i found the cutscenes to be really entertaining and engaging so i didn't mind them at all.
also, bullet time never gets old.

Ever notice that there are no loading screens? Yeah the cut scenes are the loading screen
When playing the game, I honestly didn't notice the cutscenes until I read about some people complaining about them. I can see why it would get annoying to some people, but I thought it was thoroughly entertaining all the way through. I would definitely recommend it.

I guess it'd depend on your system since it's loading during the cutscene. Most of the time I could skip within a minute.
Multiplayer is fun as fuck. I love the voice lines when you level up and put vendettas on people/have vendettas put on you. Wish I had my key so I could play on my account though. They better have this shit by monday.

The multiplayer should be resumed to dual pistols combat. EVERYONE uses them. They are tremendously overpowered and people can get it at low levels.
