honestly the only foreseeable problem i have with this is that its going to be F2P
all the people that couldn't afford dayz or warz are going to flock to this and i reckon it will be filled with people just running around DM'ing extremely quickly, turning it into even more of a shitfest than dayz can be.

They're offering refunds. If anyone made a mistake they were accommodated. The rest of us will continue to play the game thnx.

If I didn't like it I would just get a refund as they are letting people right now so your statement is bull crap. Seriously this game is like £15 who gives a shit even if it is F2P later down the line.
People are giving this game way too hard of a time purely because it is a zombie apocalypse game. People will go out of their way to attack it purely because of the genre. H1Z1 ain't that bad and it has been on early access for less than a week and each day there appears to be a patch correcting what the community does not like and fixing problems so the hate is completely unjustified when they are willing to try and change things so quickly.
Just look at games like "7 Days to die" and "The Forest" they was absolutely shit when they hit early access but now given time and care they are great fun to play. There is no reason this cannot do the same and it has so much going for it. Providing they stay on top of fixing things like they are now and adding content at a reasonable speed unlike Dayz then H1Z1 will do fine.
Seriously rather than throwing around dumb ass comments that don't even make sense because you didn't even bother to look to see if refunds was a thing then attack people telling them they made a mistake how about you come back in a few months and compare the progress to what we have now instead of judging things and talking shit within the first week of an early access mmo.

Some of us actually enjoy this game.
I'm gonna give it a while before I touch it. I want some honest opinions first, so after the dust has settled down, then maybe.
No it's not. At least not at the moment. Preordering in this context means paying for early access.
Which is actually "buying into the beta."
It's not preordering.

I don't see why it's a big deal to be so divided on the definition of the game. You pay to gain access early, or you wait until it's free. They probably should have raised the price and waited a few more months to weed out people who thought it was in a perfectly playable state.
game is ok. in my opinion it has far more potential than dayz/warz ever did because of the engine and the full on team.
i didnt like the airdrops but people saying they only announced them after the early access came out are wrong, i looked up what they were as soon as i heard about the ea packages a week before release and found out they had weapons in them. the fact that they massively reduced weapon drop % and quality i can live with.
also the thing is early access, i know that shouldnt be a shield to hide behind but when are people gonna fuckin learn and stop treating ea games like they are the final product/not subject to change and getting bitchy when things change.
