It is by no means a simple go to a few sessions, take a few pills and you'll be fine. It is with you for the rest of your fucking life with some people. It actually shapes you, changes you into someone else and is never simple. Nothing about Mental Health is "Simple". Its thinking like this that makes things worse and actually creates a Social stigma.
