That makes me want to stomp on their lead designers face.
I'm not sure the actual cameltoe exists in game, but the robot model does have massive tits and is just some weird sex appeal grab.

This cheap sex appeal shit is one of the main reasons I am not going to touch Mass Effect 3.
Need we mention it's also a reskin of Miranda's suit.

I felt ever since Mass Effect 1 they strayed from the classic sci-fi theme and turned into some generic in-space action RPG.
At least in Mass Effect 2 you could leave Miranda on the Normandy every mission and then get her killed in the last mission. With possible exception of Tali and Miranda in ME2.

As I recall, if you send her out on any of the assignments excluding the final boss fight and she's either not fit for the job or not loyal, someone else dies in her place.

Is it the whole "shes hot terrible game 0/10 would not play again" thing going on?

It's the same generic WELL I WAS BRED TO BE PERFECT BUT I'M REALLY NOT AND I HAVE DADDY ISSUES She's not even hot. Those buckteeth. And Tali... her "fanbase" is disgusting. The kind of people that obsess over her completely turn me off from the character.

And I don't see how the Tali fanatics can ruin an entire character for you, I mean, I knew about the Tali fanatics when I started ME2, and it made no difference for me. And also, if just a bit of buck toothedness ruins a girl that has large breasts and a nice butt, then you really need to lower your standards.
Haha speaking of that that, it reminded me of a goldmine article on SA. http://www.somethingawful.com/d/weekend-web/bioware-social-forums.php Yup that's creepy.

Mass Effect has some great female characters like Dr. Chakwas, Samara and Jack but Miranda was just a bouncing ass with emotional spectrum of a spoon. "Shepard will you help me?" *Her ass takes up 2/3 of the screen* That's the only time in ME1 and 2 as far as I remember where the game tried to affect the players decision with such cheap sex appeal. Also, rating everyone dumb is a sigh of great intelligence, right?
I never said they don't milk her attractiveness, but she's a better character then people say.
Because no one have played Mass Effect 2 or have a great analytical mind of yours to see that she has less depth than a baby pool.
I think I know what your porn folder consists of.
Ok, I admit, I laughed at that.
I hate that I haven't finished the game yet so I have to skip all these threads.

It's a bit of "cannot be unseen" and also "I don't want to be associated with these kinds of people."
I guess I can understand your point of view.
I will say that all things considered Tali is a well thought out character, I just didn't like how it seems in ME2 everyone's dad had something to do with their loyalty mission.
I will say that all things considered Tali is a well thought out character, I just didn't like how it seems in ME2 everyone's dad had something to do with their loyalty mission.
Ah, ok, I evidently had misunderstood something, because I thought you meant you didn't like Tali's character anymore because of the Tali Fanatics, and I do agree, it was a good bit overdone how a lot of the loyalty missions related to the characters father, but I still think Tali's is well written.
Admitting she's well thought out =/= liking her :P
Good point :P
I like how Hoodoo was apparently so pissed off with our ME3 hating that he went through the thread and rated our posts dumb.
I like how Hoodoo was apparently so pissed off with our ME3 hating that he went through the thread and rated our posts dumb.
How dare we not jerk off at new EDI and Ashley 50 times a day.
Wait a sec, now I get it, they made this ending since they ran out of time thinking of a good ending, indoctrination theory makes sense then, they did it in a rush so they could make a real ending.

Are people really more bothered by not having a "happy ending" than by the fact the endings there are all just being appalling, full of plot holes and full of giant gaps of logic easily being the worst written part of any of the Mass Effect games.
Through DLC, which is the worst practice ever.
Maybe it will be free, probably not since EA, but maybe [editline]20th March 2012[/editline]
Are people really more bothered by not having a "happy ending" than by the fact the endings there are all just being appalling, full of plot holes and full of giant gaps of logic easily being the worst written part of any of the Mass Effect games.
By good, i mean something that isn't shit, hell, it would be cool if one of the ending is where you are too late to save anything, and the universe is fucked.
