Battlefield 4 Second Assault DLC to have four fan-favorite BF3 maps - Sensationalist Headlines

Ah, come the fuck on, straight from BF3 when it only came out two years ago as a $15 DLC map pack? And I thought it outrageous when Activision had $15 DLC map packs composed of two new maps and two ported maps from MW1 for MW2. But this is literally 4 maps from the previous game with no spinoff inbetween or anything like that, everyone's still playing BF3 (unless they quit it for the earlier BF games).

I wouldn't mind Karkand in BF4, its the only map I play on in BF3. Also Second Assault is not day 1 DLC, its the second DLC pack.

I don't see a reason to get mad at Dice or EA for this, blame the community who voted for the maps. Though while I like new games that re make maps I think 1-2 is the most you should do, to do 4 and as a whole DLC I think is pretty dumb, if I buy BF4 it would to play BF4 maps not to play BF3 so they should stick to actual new maps and 1-2 remakes.

I own the game that the maps came from and if I want to play a slightly updated version, $15. I wish people would stop buying DLC like this.

The only map I enjoyed in BF3 was Caspian.

It's not day 1 dlc for Christ's sake, it says it'll come out later in the damn article.

What I wish They'd do again, Is make size varaints like in BF2. You had the same map, but sizes fit for 16, 32, and 64. This balanced it amazingly well, and you didn't get meat grinders like metro, which was designed for 24 players really.

Fucking Metro. No one likes Metro, it's only used by idiots who want to get gold stars and badges quickly.

Those maps may very well be three of the worst maps I've ever played on any multilayer shooter ever. Including the crappy f2p ones.

Sooner or later, sequels are going to be announced and will be available for pre-order before the first initial release is even in development.
