I feel like someone is going to ban me for the things i have said. Hey i don't feel bad at all , infact i feel pretty free telling them what i think about their very egoistic action to either mute,gag,ignore or make stupid response to those who oppose them. well maybe i deserve the ban for saying what i think. but that what bronies say daily is just illogical feces most of the time

Well its the harsh truth that bronies deny but the smart colin , which is by now the most reasonable brony i have met I will never fight for the ideals of bronies or quote their stuff and mean it seriously , but colin is not one of the dumb kind and as much as i appreciate colins long thoughts written down here i must say i stumbled again over the word "ignore it",what all the other bronies said too and you know what colin? no , man. we could all be friends if bronies wouldn't attention whore their ponies in this forum (what they better shall not do) and it all clashes in a big discussion like this and ends up in nothing but everyone starts to cry. at first i was neutral , then i was trolling. and now i am just tired and disgusted by now what all things i have witnessed.

And quite honestly, I really hope they don't change their current audience. Part of what makes it enjoyable is how much of a break it is from the norm.

They've had the character in the background since the first season, and I doubt that any one person alive today could legally claim that they invented the word "Derpy". Does anyone actually have a copyright on the term, because I'd think the guy who came up with the name would be ecstatic.

So far none of the theories have been proven. Its most likely just people being paranoid. They aren't ACTUALLY facing legal issues, so far at least.

Oh and also the fandom is in a complete state of shitstorm over it From what I've heard, actually, a lot of the controversy is over Derpy's portrayal. And the Itunes episode being taken down, though the one on the Hub's site is still there. So nothing has actually "happened", past present or future.

I think Somthing Awful's policy of no ponies whatsoever is honestly the best route to take at this point. You can have a pony avatar/title/whatever the fuck else you want, but mentioning ponies for any reason whatsoever is a bannable offense. We should also remove any and all bot posts about ponies. Mods here used to ban for such simple things as basic spelling errors and "predicting moderation", so such a totalitarian policy wouldn't be unusual for FP to adopt. Better yet, why not also bring back the pony chat threads and ban anyone who shit-posts in them? Then the fans can talk about their show in peace, and the rest of the forum doesn't have to deal with it. It's a win/win.
