Seriously? Out of all things they chose this as the method to shame their "dissidents"? That's childish.
Not only childish, but it sounds a little "police state", as much as that term's been tossed around like a volleyball.
Just watch NSA themed porn in rebellion.
Who determines what a "radical agenda" is? Who determines that her policies may be damaging to the nation? What happens when a previously sanctioned opinion or way of living becomes unwanted, like, say, homosexuality in Russia? And "it could never happen here" is not a valid argument
I'm not saying they wouldn't try it, but the NSA going "see this guy? He views likes Asian bondage" runs down to a he said, she said. Who is the so-called "radical" person's followers going to believe? The person they've been following or the people they've been opposing? Such a personal attack would also give free reign for the target to play the victim card and make the NSA look like even bigger assholes and bullies. I'm sure it would work on some, but on the whole the tactic could massively backfire.
