I actually enjoyed the 3D versions worms more and ultimate mayhem was my favorite.
Worms Forts was awesome too
This will always be the best Worms game out there.
Still got my original CD and case. I played this shit religiously.
Let it die.
i like playing worms reloaded local multiplayer, and its nice to be able to install it almost anywhere i might get this
If everyone wants Worms Armageddon (not talking Worms 2 Armageddon) so much then maybe Team 17 should just patch it up for modern systems, add Linux and Mac support and re-release it for $10.
They could rerelease it for 20 bucks and I'd be all over it like a freshly baked croissant.
Please no.
April fools?
April fools?
2 days before April? Nah, I don't think Team 17 would make all those 3D models, artwork and new weapons just for an April Fools.
I don't see why people love Worms: Armageddon more than what followed. They're pretty much the same but with more content, what's the problem?

No 2D Worms game after Armageddon has gotten close to the amount of content Armageddon has. They are all stripped down versions of Armageddon. Open your eyes and look at the arsenal available at your disposal in Armageddon and World Party and compare that to any other Worms game released after.

Compare the mechanics of World Party and Armageddon to Reloaded, you'll notice a real big difference in focus.

They fucked up the whole game just by fucking with the goddamn rope. (then removing 80% of all the weapons)

If I still had my copy of Armageddon, I would be playing it again
