Yeah ok, it does the game part ok, despite being NOTHING like what its supposed to come from. But how can anyone give money for that, to a company that literaly shits on its fans and work force?
I hope everyone in charge of Konami gets fire and ends up working at McDonalds for the rest of their lives, and all of their games go to people who care.
And their HQ gets transformed into a giant Kojima head with each floor being dedicated to an indie game team or a mod team.
If it makes you feel any better they were most likely pre-rendered. I've stared at those cutscenes for collective hours before and I'm almost positive there's no way it's running in real time
it could be "rendered" in fox engine but there's no branding for it anywhere on the machine or the game, and it'd cost way too much money to remake for real time
i think it's probably commissioned from a cinematics studio (like the ones that made the Resident Evil CGI films) and slapped into a pre-existing pachinko machine template
I got aggressively negative comments over hating that game. It oddly got a bit of a fan following here.
I also got banned for saying it'd be dead in a month and oh guess what? A month later and it's dead
Konami will just make regular slot machines over there like they do for Vegas. You can find like Konami branded Contra slots among other Konami franchises around the world, they dont just make pachinko/pachislot.

It's the "give it a shot" kind of thinking, that kind of went overboard into the extreme.
The game is decent at doing what it should do, but the ideals behind making it are a complete travesty.
