Wow I was really thinking Netflix was going to pick it up.
I hope with the SyFy cancellation of The Expanse that Netflix picks that up though because christ I've watched the first two seasons and I've been stuck waiting to watch the third over here in the UK and it's fucking great. The production quality is amazing, the universe feels lived in a down to earth and it's great.
Surprised Netflix didn't pick it up, considering they're even willing to make some UTTER TRASH from time to time, unless the asking price is ludicrous
I'll have Netflix know that they have disappointed all three of us.

the problem with netflix is that they'd then have to negotiate it out from hulu. the sense i'm getting is hulu isn't willing to produce more, but they're still finding it financially viable to hang onto the SVOD rights
They had some interesting gags like all of Captain Holts corgis being different and Terrys yogurt addiction and whatnot. I really liked Andys character and Chelsea Peretti was always a dick, even when it was unexpected and so on.
The last episode was really well written, as somebody mentioned on reddit, no mentions of the shooter or the police, only about what the friends/family side has to feel. Loved it, almost cried. And the halloween episodes etc.
It was one of my favourite running shows right now and I am sad to see it go. Nice and easy 20min sitcoms are hard to come by for me so I guess I have to go back to rewatching Community.
What if the quality of art could still be qualified through critical analysis and comparison, what a crazy world that would be.

I'm just tired of that classic deflection of "humor is subjective". Yes humor is subjective but that doesn't mean it can't be criticized, some comedy shows/movies are simply better than others. That idea does a good job of not stepping on peoples' toes but it's basically a non-statement. For example someone could watch a recent Adam Sandler comedy (not to equate B99 with Adam Sandler, I'm just going for an extreme example) and say "I liked it and humor is subjective" but you can still easily call it unfunny and explain WHY it isn't funny, and you wouldn't have to be a seasoned movie critic to find evidence to back your criticism.
It's funny if it makes someone laugh. It's not your type of humor if it doesn't make you laugh.
