You have fructose, and glucose.
Glucose is a carbohydrate broken down by the liver and the stomach. It however, can come in different forms and different forms ARE digested differently. Complex carbs, and simple carbs go through different metabolic processes and require different levels of metabolic investment to break down.
Fructose is through the liver and mostly goes into adipose tissues.
I mean if you do want to just step into a topic, and say "You're all fucking ignorant" in essence, then wouldn't you want to actually educate that ignorance away, rather than just make posts like this showing just how much better you think you are then everyone else? If you are in fact more knowledgeable, share it. What do people have wrong?
yes but the difference between complex carbohydrates and simple sugars is much less than that between water and hydrogen peroxide...
That doesn't matter, and anyway, hydrogen peroxide is just an extra oxygen
