Jared Leto's Joker is getting his own movie - Sensationalist Headlines

I feel like most of the problems is the lack of background on why he looks the way he does. Because they did a throwback to a classic Joker look with him and Harley Quinn and it looked good. No sane person could green light this movie, the very thought of it makes me wince

Just a lot of problems ranging from the way too obvious bright eyes to the vocal ticks. He overacted way too much. There is a long list of disappointing elements I had with 2049 besides these.

I think he could work if they went more in-depth rather than having short scenes of him being faux badass and going "wow look I'm laying on the floor surrounded by weapons" but never really doing anything, but like, the Joker is iconic. He's not someone you can just wipe away preconceptions of and completely change who he is. Jared Leto's Joker feels like the kind of thing we'd get in a spinoff rather than a fully-funded live-action movie.

Holy hell, those are more movie announcements than when Marvel announced their "Phase 3" plans. And, they haven't even had any Avengers-level success stories to boot! Talk about putting all of your eggs in one basket, good God.

They legitimately need to just scrap everything and start their shared universe of movies again. Ben Affleck as Batman is good but basically everything else is shite. Either that or scrap movies and find more animators shows/movies, that's where they dominate over marvel anyway.

I'm not too happy personally because what's cool about the Joker is his personality and the fact that his design is pretty aesthetically pleasing. Leto's Joker is unpredictable, sure, but the whole grandiose gun daddy thing is stupid, and I don't know if there's a person that actually likes those gross looking metal teeth things,

I figured the overacting and esoteric dialogue from him was sort of the point, given how his character literally saved humanity from extinction. He genuinely views himself as the second coming of Christ.

I know no one cares but a few people, but please no. Please fucking no. The Big Two shouldn't be under one roof and I'm sure as fuck I don't want Ike near the DC character vault.

Jared's Joker was pretty great in suicide squad though.

Lobo has all of Michael Bays fortes. Plus its not like he exclusively puts out garbage, i heard Pain and Gain was pretty good and theres also The Rock.
