The incident didn't involve any vehicles at all. In fact, the shooter used a shotgun, got taken into custody and is refusing to identify himself, which is very unusual for a US shooting.
Today was the induction at the Naval Academy in Annapolis. I knew 2 people there, wonder what happened there because of this.
