Drinking Coffee May Help You Live Longer, Study Says

The tip for a great coffee is to
Not have sugar, enjoy the taste of the coffee itself
Don't put milk in it. You were already weaned as a baby, right? Grow up
Sometimes I feel like the only person in the world that thinks coffee is the worst thing I've ever tasted, except maybe that time I accidentally ate a bug.
So people are no longer allowed to have cereal in your mature utopia?
I know more people who dislike coffee than people who like it. Personally, I couldn't stand black coffee for a long time, until I forced myself to not put any sweetener or creamer in it for like a week and now my preference is black coffee.
I can only drink coffee with a lot of sugar. Tea is more my thing.
Why?
Ghost is that you?
I could not function in my job at all without a stupid strong black covfefe, this is good news
Either you don't know what cereal is or you don't remember what you posted before.
Black coffee that's burnt with sugar added is still drinkable, if it's burned and has no sugar it's just mud

Huh didn't know that decaf tea had so much caffeine, I'll have to keep that in mind. As for my caffeine tolerance, I've never actually felt energised by caffeine in general, so maybe I just have some weird problem when it comes to processing it?
I suppose this legitimizes my old pot of coffee a day lifestyle eh? Never got energy from the caffeine just like the taste of it with a bit of milk and some sugar now and then.
For me it's like that: when I drink lots of coffee for a period of time, and then stop, I get headaches. It's like withdrawal or something
Headaches are a well-established result of caffeine withdrawal, as I said above, yes.
Read news article that a cup of coffee a day may increase your lifespan by several years
Massively upscale coffee intake
Enjoy immortality
Actually that raises a point - could a coffee company have funded the study to improve sales?
i recently swapped from two rockstars a day to 2-3 cups of coffee a day and my brain is telling me this is probably healthier
If you drink coffee and alchohol and fries it'll equalize and cancel eachother out
Five bucks this study is funded by coffee manufacturers
For what it's worth, it is possible to die from caffeine overdose. It rarely happens with coffee, it's more common with caffeine tablets, energy shots or even pure caffeine powder, and is more likely to happen if you have a heart condition.
So I mean you can only achieve so much immortality until you die.
There was a study a British university tried to do where they accidentally gave somebody something like 5 grams of caffeine instead of 500mg by mistake. The person survived, somehow, but my gosh, that's dangerous! The threshold for caffeine overdose is quite low by most drugs' standards, but caffeine metabolises very quickly, so ordinary use would make you so anxious by the point that you're getting to dangerous territory that there's no way you'd drink more.
