pffffft no dice
I mean, provided James Gunn returns, neither issue will cost them. There's a lot of fake outrage out there and i mean that in the sense that people love to be outraged and make themselves a part of Johnny Depp and his ex(?)-wife's lives. But the reality is that most people know it's down to them and the authorities to sort it out. They actually don't want to get involved and this new moralist spirit of mass-boycott over anything from tweets to actually legitimate side-steps is getting annoying to people who aren't San-Fran internet moralists. It's not that people don't care that people say or do dumb shit. It's that people are starting to recognize that it's a waste of time getting engaged in the spousal conflict of a guy who lives in an entirely different country across the globe when there are people within arms length doing worse shit or in more need of assistance. I mean, it's kinda obvious for everyone that sitting in europe and circle-jerking about e.g. Rhianna getting punched to shit is gonna do shit-all. People talk about raising awareness about spousal abuse, but the truth is that it won't make much of a difference to just lift up a hollywood icon and go "look!". You actually need an informational campaign and that's something American media is just not arsed to do. TL;DR: it won't lose any money. people are way past caring what the outrage of the week is.
He's talking about the wine bill versus his actual paycheck....
shit, FUck me! Woosh!
Depends, do we count the bottles he throws at people, or just the ones he drinks?
