This is inaccurate. The FOX sports group is explicitly excluded from the deal due to fears it would trigger an anti-monopoly suit.

I'm not surprised. This was from a couple months ago so it's bound to have some inaccurate Fox-related things. I mainly posted it to show how much Disney owns. Even ignoring the entire Fox "ear" of the image, it makes a pretty good point of how much Disney has their hands in.
