I didn't mean "on their own" in the sense of playing alone. More that everything is always more fun with friends even if the activity itself might not be much fun. So saying it's "good with friend" is pretty much meaningless because that's pretty much true in any case.
Seeing as I don't own a single copy of GTA, no. The reason I don't own a single copy of GTA is T2 is a terrible terrible publisher. Terrible.
Okay so what was all that tirade about? What was the point you were trying to make other than coming off as presumptuous ass?
It's not a tirade, nor does it even actually apply to you directly. It's an observation that since circa GTA 4, the buyer's remorse is rather prevalent and very very real, and in almost every case it involves the publisher's use of the latest and greatest tactics for separating people from more and more money with ever increasing speed and efficiency, and generally being utter dicks about the use of their content on your system via modding or anything other consumer trend.
Then the next trailer comes out, and the verysame are once again lined up with slavering jaws in the exact same queue they bemoaned being stuck whilst being slapped about the head and face in the last go round. again.
At some point it's time to realize that regardless of content, this policiy isn't going to change, and maybe giving your money to people more deserving on a different game is in order.
Coulda fooled me. :<:
We'd have saved a whole lot of time if you just said that in the first place.
What the fuck is this dumpster fire of a post?
well deserved, i never though that it will sell this much 4 years ago, but i guess 20M sales back then were big too
The only reason it sold this much is due to people getting banned and buying it on a new account.
GTA Online is one of those cases where it was fun around when it first hit, but just got kinda bloated and lost its fun as more updates got added and more things changed.
Kinda like Overwatch.
I sort of doubt that's possible. It's basically the same as porting it to a modern Android phone / iPhone
If only they bothered to implement the online content into the singleplayer as well
well you do know it was on the 360 and ps3 right? the consoles that the switch is about 4x more powerful than?
I found GTAV to be quite boring in a lot of aspects. I've tried three/four times to finish the Single Player campaign and kept dropping it. The first GTA game I've done that to.
Is it really though all across the board? I feel that it's certainly more powerful in certain aspects, but I can imagine the lower clock rate CPU to be somewhat of a problem.
