I wonder what that 7 million dollar apology was for then
when all the curses on earth are broken...
this summer! the last curse shall come...
from OUTER SPACE
Coming soon- Pirates vs. Aliens
summer 2019
he WAS a great actor, hes been completely phoning it in lately, and especially in the last pirates film. Also they turned sparrow from an eccentric anti hero with questionable motivations into a fucking retard jar-jar binks character. I'm sure some people giggled like idiots, but i was just annoyed by him the entire film.
All that drinking is going to have negative side effects.
There’s video of him throwing a wine bottle and glass at his wife, dude.
I'd legit watch that no matter how crappy it'll actually turn out
Probably set it up with some alien artifact crash landing to Earth, pirates uncovering it, it opens a dimensional portal to some alien world, Sparrow needing a curse to beat the aliens, gets the first curse from Black Pearl back, team up again with Barbossa being alive somehow, cue undead pirate skeletons vs. eldritch aliens
I just watched the video. He throws it into a sink.
Settlement.
no theres not lmao stop making up shit
you read this on reddit or somewhere and didnt even watch the video.
Yeah, my bad, it was a while since I watched it so I recalled that he threw it at her. Nonetheless he's pretty clearly getting violent in the video, and not long after she shows up with bruises in court, so, y'know. Could totally just be a coincidence, but I wouldn't bet on it.
"The last pirates film Dead Men Tell No Tales ended up making $794.1M worldwide for the studio, dominating the Memorial Day weekend in 2017."
It's innocent until proven guilty. A video of him getting pissed off and violently throwing a bottle at a sink and his wife having bruises at one point doesn't mean he's a wife-beater without a shadow of a doubt.
To me it kinda came across as a low point in Jack's life. He had pretty shit luck basically the entire movie, even if some parts of it were caused by himself.
Watching the movie in the theaters, I thought Johnny Depp was getting old. He just seem tired in the part. Rewatching it a few weeks ago, I realized that the entire reason why Jack feels old and tired is because Jack's literally been cursed by Barbossa who used an Actual Witch to curse his enemies (Jack) and give himself good luck and Jack has been living in perpetual bad luck ever since.
Fuck off with that shit!
I can perhaps tolerate another POTC film, but a sequel to Maleficent, unless they plan to make her the Mistress of All Evil again, belongs in the trash.
No, yeah, you're right - when someone has violent tendencies and their wife turns up with bruises that's just a coincidence. Mmhm. Anything could've caused those bruises! Like a doorframe! Yes, yes of course.
Amber Heard 'had no evidence of any injuries when police arrived..
i forgot about the 5th, fuck
You sure picked a fitting username, huh.
Tbh I'm hype about the film, not sure what this beating shits about, but the film looks great
It's almost like the presumption of innocence only has any meaning in legal matters and not what the general public might think. WEIRD!
if johnny depp is in it that basically confirms that disney literally does not give a fuck about bad pr, and that firing james gunn was all business
Yeah idk I just don't want to see people dragged through the dirt because a lot of people jumped to conclusions on the internet I guess.
She could have lied, she could have faked the bruises, she could just have been emotional after a major fight and decided to falsely accuse him of hitting her because he has anger issues and she knew that a lot of people will believe her knowing a video of him acting violently was made public.
I don't see how you could admit you're not entirely sure yourself:
Then turn right around and say that he's a wife-beater without a shadow of a doubt in the same post. That's not an accusation I would throw around lightly when I'm not even entirely sure of it myself. He might be an asshole but it's a massive leap from that to straight up wife beater.
I was being facetious when I said "could totally be a coincidence", didn't come across that well in text. Read it in a sarcastic voice and you'll get what I was going for. It's like when victims show up with their spouse at gatherings and they have bruises and instead of being able to respond the abuser goes "Haha, this clutz walked right into the door-frame haha isn't that right honey".
China has a fucking terrible taste in movies. I swear that most of the schlock produced today is to satiate their desire for shite.
