Humble me
Hey man, chill. Its okay because the cane has a big girth and a soft exterior and we only hit exactly 6 times. Its just part of the culture!
Of course not. I posted a lot of cases where rapist are convicted weren't I? I even posted sime of the applicable laws. Which cultures in this world asked the people to rape and kill the disabled? As I have stressed before, embracing a religion or culture is not a wrong thing. What is wrong is the extremist version of it. Physical punishment which includes caning under the specifications I specified, is hardly extreme. But if some extreme country are using the 'disappproval of LGBT' as an excuse, for example, killing them on sight, now that is an extreme way of doing things. As a matter of fact, being LGBT is not an indication for caning at all. Look into Quran, its not there. The actual offense in 'public LGBT sex' , in which 4 or more people has witnessed it, whivh is impossibke unless they do it in public. But, as I have mentioned, the law was old, and need revising. But due to recent political events, some people wanted to prove themselves politically, and resort to using the laws. How many people have been caned before for doing public sex? None
Of courss it's done for political reason, regardless of whether he really sodomize or not. The main thing is he coerced his subordinate using his position. I think nobody even argue about this, because it's obvious. Regardless of whether it's sharia or civil law, I assure you, if people with enough influence wants us incarcerated, if we ddint have enough resources to defend ourselves, most likely we'll end up in jail. I know what you mean. You're worried of people went too eztreme following their tradition and religion. But the hypothetical extreme case thay you described, can also happen without tradition or religion influence. For example, le's say in the future, a pure liberal country justifies killing of full grown fetus for poor couples, as an effort to reduce life burden. Is that acceptable. What I wanted to say is, extremism is a risk that always presence no matter what your belief is. The important thing is to strive to execute your belief in a best and moderate way possible. How moderate? Now thats a question of its own.
I think Stalketeer may actually be one of those fabled town rapists https://i.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/original/001/004/542/ada.jpg
your culture fucking sucks then
how the fuck are you not banned yet?
>the guy with the anime avatar unironically thinking gayness is a big crime
Unfortunately, that's what almost everybody think of everybody else. That is still fine though, as long as we realized that we're never going to get rid of intercultural difference, and strive to be good, and not to become too crazy. Define gayness. To give you better picture of Islamic stance, i'll tell you a story of Prophet Muhammad, as he is the example of Muslim practice. One day day, Muhammad was meeting some people. He was talking to a man. There was another guy waiting to talk to him. After the Prophet finished with the first guy, come the second guy. He told the Prophet: " I love him ( the guys that just passsd by)( in a way that signifies sexual/romantic attraction)." Muhammad says: " Go and tell him that now" In another example, in Quran, Allah forbid Muslim from following the example of Lut people (a civilization in the past). What is it that they do? 1) Practicing LGBT-oriented sex openly 2) Forcing prophet Lut's visitor into sex, basically trying to sodomize them.againsts their will. By these 2 example, we can see that the homosexual feeling of that man was not forbidden. What is forbidden, are extremism based on that feeling; public LGBT sex, forcing others to perform LGBT ect. I hope that gives you better picture.
He'd probably get caned for it. But not to worry, it's actually really humbling to be caned by government daddy.
So you think all LGBT people are rapists and try to force themselves onto other.
moral relativism is stupid and if you think cultural differences excuse hating on minorities you are scum
Please read again what I posted. Have Muhammad hate on the gay guys? No. Was the Lut peoples the minority? Nope. They Are the majority. Dispproving their extremism way of doing things, does not equate to hating them as person. It's important to distinguish these. Otherwise we'll end up hating the whole world.
thanks for the reminder and welcome back I suppose
i petty that you guys have to deal with idiots like this in your country.
Funny enough he tried to defend two articles where it explained Malaysian leaders were taking down LGBT photos and portraits, and tearing down LGBT memorabilia as a way to "Help the LGBT Community". Reminds me of how in the Deep South before the Civil War. The Plantation owners justified slavery by saying it was for the betterment of the Slaves by keeping them locked up. Saying it would be worse if they were "Let Loose"
I thought we were clear the the first page. Islam condemns LGBT practice. It is clear cut. Unless you need it to be repeated. But does it say that LGBT have less right as a human? Does it says they need to be killed because ofnther homosexuality? Does it says that they need to be burned on a stake? Condemning, as in frowned upon, does not equate to discriminating them in matters not related to the subject of condemnation. I don't understand why is this so hard to see.
Even then. Its still bullshit to condemn it, even in your galaxy brain still thinks that isn't discrimination.
You can't condemn "LGBT acts" separately from LGBT people, because those "acts" are literally just them living their lives as human beings. When you say you condemn LGBT acts, you are in fact saying that you condemn LGBT people.
Even if its only condemning. The hate and bigotry it generates can lead to acts of discrimination and the passing of laws that target these groups under a shitty disguise of "Law". Much like the law in Malaysia where you can get fined and jailed up to 6 months if you're caught Cross-dressing.
No its not. To condemn is to express disapproval. It doesn't mean we physically do anything to the thing we condemn. For example, Islam condemns liars, and people who being indignant to their parents. We express our disspproval. But it doesn't mean we can physically do anythibg to people who lie and treat their parents badly. Only after they cross certain line, such as parental abuse, or lying in courts, that we are able to punish the transgressors. Similar to LGBT. We condemn the practice. But it doesn't mean we do anything to them. Only after they cross certain line, such as public sex, rapes, that we are able to punish them.
I don't hate stalketeer, I just condemn everything he is and does and I want him to be publicly flogged
So you're comparing Liars to LGBT people. http://www.reactiongifs.com/r/2013/10/tim-and-eric-mind-blown.gif
I want the real *cultured* experience But really, this guy is fucking hilarious
Careful man, the cane daddy is gonna come for you if you don't be careful with that potentially gay meat stick
Nope. One's person action does not necessarily describe his whole life. If a person commit, lets say, theivery, does not mean all his life revolves around thievery. We condemn his act of thievery. But maybe in other aspect of his life, he's doing good. And, how can you say that condemning LGBT is bigotry, while you're also condemning people who express their own belief? Doesn't your intoleration of other's life choice also made you a bigot?
Cause its basically going "We Condemn your existence" and no their "LGBT Lifestyle" is not having sex in public, raping, forcing themselves onto others. Its just they have a different sexuality than a straight person.
your shitty false equivalences are convincing no one but yourself
A thief can rehabilitate and choose not to steal anymore. A lesbian can't rehabilitate and choose not to fall in love with women anymore.
More importantly, they don't need to, and they shouldn't need to, because being homosexual or trans is not a crime.
